Diablo Valley Carpet Care did a great job cleaning our large and valuable (but badly soiled) oriental carpet. The price was reasonable and turn around time wes good. Greg (the owner) is friendly and businesslike. He clearly knows the technology and processes used to clean handmade oriental carpets, and has a well-equipped and up to date shop. We will definitely use him again in the future for our other carpets.

Gregg’s work is top of the line!!! A big area of red wine ended on and in my white carpet. Other people and myself tried to clean it but could not get it out. A friend told me about Greg stating he is a specialist to get rid of tough stains. So I called him. He decided to come by that day after work around 5:00 PM. He said it is better to try to clean it as soon as posible and many people might have already destroyed the carpet. He cleaned it more then once to clean it. After finally cleaning,there was no red in the carpet looking like it was new. He also gave me a little bottle of carpet clenaer that he makes. Months later,I tried his cleaner on my dinning old chairs. The stains cleaned up nice. The guy does not talk. He is a good guy and does great works. Try him you will be impressed by his work.
